Who We Are
SKP Boukontrakteurs "Contractors" were set up during 2004 by Eugene Visagie who realized that there was a great need in the Garden Route and surroundings for a professional building team with high quality finishes.
Providing this service to clients requires personal supervision on a daily basis at all construction projects.
This is therefore the reason for SKP Boukontrakteurs “Contractors” to handle a maximum of 3 projects at the same time in order to offer personal attention and quality to their clients. SKP Building Contractors is a registered member of the NHBRC. All work is handled by permanent staff members, except electrical work, plumbing, built-in and kitchen cabinets, aluminum windows and doors, as well as gas installations.
There are currently 63 permanent staff members, including 12 masons and 5 carpenters. At SKP Building Contractors, we believe that every staff member of this business is part of a team that contributes with dedication and hard work to the successful completion of construction projects.

Our Vision
We also offer several construction options:
– complete projects that are treated as turn-key projects, without or with project management;
– work only;
– or labor, with materials, as well as owner providing certain materials on site
